1) Search and find
There are many ways to search at Goood Deal, depending on how specific your target group is:
- Free-Text Search: Use our powerful free-text search facility to search through the entire Goood Deal listings to find what you are looking for.
Free-Text Search shows all the listings that your search word or words or part of it is found in the listing’s title. This form of search normally results in a mixed list of listings in all departments (books and real estates) displayed with the key information such as the price, end date and the title.
- Advanced Search: If you wish to narrow down your search to the specific criteria you can use the Advanced Search features. There are different criteria that you can select for each department.
To find all books with a specific criteria click Books Advanced Search or click Real Estate Advanced Search to find all real estates with a specific criteria.
- Category Search: You can also search and find listings by their category. Each listing is assigned to at least one category. This form of search will narrow down your search result into the listings only for the specific category.
To find all books under a specific category click Book Category and to find all real estate properties under the specific category click Real Estate Category.
2) Read the Listing Details
Once you find the listing that sounds good, you can read its more details by going to the listing page. Form the listing you would also be able to find all the features that are available to you under the "For Buyers" section.
In addition to the listing details, you can use "For Buyers" features to contact seller, track that listing by adding it to your "Interest List", let a friend see the same listing by sending them the web address.
If the seller has a store view all listings in her/his store.
3) Contact Seller
When you decide on purchase or if you need more information about the listing, payment, shipping and etc. you can contact the seller.
Use the "Email Seller" feature to contact the seller to ask a question or to request more information. Some sellers include other contact information like phone or fax number into their listings that can be used.
4) Purchase
If you and the seller reach an agreement upon the price, shipping terms or other conditions you can make a payment depending on the seller payment terms. Depending on the amount and the item different payment methods can be used.
Book sellers usually add the information about their payment and shipping terms into their listings. On the real estate deals buyers usually need to see the property and meet the seller for the payment arrangement, final contract and other legal papers in order to purchase the property.
